About OTS

At age 5, Calvin failed to identify a socket wrench, which his horrified father set out to rectify with a series of Austin-Healeys and Triumphs. Years later in high school, Calvin acquired a two-seat roadster of his own, a rough NA Miata purchased for $700, which he rehabilitated on a shoestring budget and still has. He then continued his wrench familiarization efforts while obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Stanford University. During his summers, Calvin interned at Lucid Motors, Tesla Motors, and SpaceX, but found those endeavors to be insufficiently wrench-intensive and thus, he spent his final college summer interning at OTS & Co during its first few months of existence in 2024. After completing his degree, Calvin joined OTS full-time in 2025, where he works on the dealership side and also co-founded the OTS dry ice detailing business.
