The 360 Modena bristled with innovative technology upon its introduction, representing one of the biggest steps forward in Ferrari road car technology that had ever occurred up to that point. The biggest news was undoubtedly the decision to switch to an aluminum chassis, which increased rigidity by 40% while simultaneously decreasing weight by 28% over the outgoing 355. The engine in the 360 was larger and more powerful, displacing 3.6 liters and producing 400 hp, a remarkable 111 hp per liter. It is a naturally-aspirated masterpiece with a screaming 8,700 RPM redline and like all proper Ferraris, is the centerpiece of the driving experience. Its performance is noteworthy even today, with a 0-60 time of 4.3 seconds and a top speed of 189 mph. Aesthetically, the Pininfarina-designed car was thoroughly contemporary, and represented the first appearance of the now iconic clear engine lid cover on a Ferrari since the F40. Also of note is that living with a 360 is considerably easier than its predecessor, thanks to an access port in the firewall that allows timing belt services without removing the engine from the car.

This particular example was sold new by Ferrari of New England on the 10th of April 2003. It has covered fewer than 9000 miles. It is elegantly finished in Argento Nurburgring with black leather interior with gray piping, and was also optioned with cavallini rampanti on the headrests and fender shields. From May to July of 2025, the car received a major service, which included new tires, brake fluid, belt service, new water pump, cam seals, tensioner pulleys, tensioner bearings and bearing bushings, new cam cover gaskets, new coolant reservoir cap, updated transaxle bushing, new spark plugs, new fuel pumps, and new cabin and engine air filters. The car is complete with books (including Ferrari maglight), tools, tire repair kit, OEM car cover with bag, and service records.
